Atlantis Phase IIIB Hotel, Condo & Related Projects

Located on Paradise Island, Nassau, Bahamas is the third phase of the Atlantis Hotel Casino Resort. The project consisted of a themed hotel, a condominium/hotel tower, a dolphin experience lagoon and support buildings, a waterpark consisting of a river ride with a 65-foot high temple slide with several other water slides and a wave generator to produce a rapids within the river ride. The waterpark also has several facility and food service buildings as well as a kids' pool and activity pool.

The Cove at Atlantis is a 600-room, 21-storey all suites hotel. This five-star destination hotel built on the 56-acre Phase III site, was constructed in the 20-month period between August 2005 and March 2007. It features an open-air arrivals experience, a Bobby Flay signature restaurant, a fine dining buffet, lobby/bar, adult infinity pool with vest-pocket casino facilities and beach front cabanas. The Cove's high level of finishes and amenities have set a new standard of excellence for the Atlantis properties.

The Residences at Atlantis is a 500-room condominium hotel situated on a 6-acre site immediately adjacent to the Atlantis Resort and was constructed in the 20-month period from May 2006 to December 2007. The fully furnished and outfitted condominium suites form part of the resort hotel room count when they are not being used by the condominium owners. Constructed with a high level of finishes and stylishly furnished, the suites at the Residences nicely complement the facilities of the 5-star Cove at Atlantis hotel.
